When your phone is busy it can start to get hot. This happens to me sometimes. On my old Samsung phone this is usually caused by the apps that are running. Most recently the Service NSW app seems to be the culprit. I usually leave this running when out shopping but notice that my phone starts to run hot after a while. When I get home I simply shutdown the app and the phone quickly cools.
