Windows 11 will require your disk drive to be converted from MBR to a GPT partition
To enable the additional security capabilities in Windows 11, there are a number of pre-requisites that will need to be inplace before the update can occur. One such prerequisite is existing users will need to forgo the older MBR disk partition scheme and use GPT instead. That may require users to convert their older hard drives.
