One of the thing I most dislike about the Apple ecosystem is as devices get older they no longer run the more recent operating systems and eventually updated apps no longer run on the device, ultimately rendering it useless. If, like me, you own an old Apple Mac that is no longer supported by the recent versions of the MacOS operating system, then you might be interested in the following YouTube video I found recently from Mr Macintosh, that demonstrates how to install macOS Sonoma on your unsupported Mac using the free OpenCore Legacy Patcher.
